The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. The views from the room were lovely. The hotel was beautiful.
The air conditioning was not working upon arrival. The heat in the rooms was unbearable. The room I booked was a beautiful king-sized room with a balcony, but I got a terrace. It faced the road, path, and street lights.

The large size suite was acceptable.
The shower leaked. A detail fell off when I closed it. The flush button was half-broken. There was no adequate beach within the hotel complex.

malfunctioning air conditioning annoyed servers
the location had great views and the staff provided assistance with setting up loungers.
The air conditioning in our rooms malfunctioned. the hotel indicated it would take 24 hours to repair the unit, while the room temperature reached 29 degrees. i also observed the difficulty in getting servers to attend to tables at the restaurants. They looked annoyed when i tried to place orders

spacious suite comfortable bed expansive view breakfast buffet
the suite was spacious! the bed was quite comfortable. i especially liked the expansive sea view from my balcony. the breakfast buffet included various choices that felt amazing.
i noticed the elevator music was a bit repetitive, but that's a minor thing.

The room included two separate bathrooms! the outside areas offered a variety of choices of swimming pools. rocks were available by the sea, offering sitting areas. Breakfast was really good with fine views.
i noticed the check-in process lacked a personal touch, without a welcome drink provided.

I appreciated the clean rooms. The comfortable beds. I liked the ocean view from the patiowith great size! The Occitane bath products added a luxurious touch.
The hotel location is a bit remote. Few restaurants and shops are available nearby.

spacious room beautiful view fresh fruit
I stayed for several nights and every aspect was superb. the room was spacious (it was a suite, after all) and the balcony offered beautiful views. breakfast offered a wide variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit. the hotel connects to a promenade. I found numerous restaurants nearby.
